  1. 客户可以通过电子邮件、微信或小红书下单定制婚礼镜子招牌。在下单时可能需要支付定金或全款。
     

  2. 收到订单后，我们的团队将与客户一起最终确定设计，并提供数字样品以供确认。设计包括2次修改。客户有责任仔细审查样品的准确性、拼写和设计细节。一旦确认，可能无法进行更改，而且确认后发现的任何错误将由客户负责。
     

  3. 定制婚礼镜子招牌的生产时间将根据设计复杂性和我们当前的工作负载而有所不同。客户需至少提前10个工作日预定和定稿，10个工作日以内则为加急价格，详请咨询。最晚提前3个工作日预约。自备镜子则需提前至少10个工作日提供镜子以便书写。
     

  4. 可以在下单后的48小时内取消。此期限过后，则无法进行取消或更改日期，已支付的定金不可退还。定制书写内容改动需提前10个工作日告知，10个工作日以内为加急价格，最晚提前3个工作日告知。
     

  5. 我们的招牌价格将在下单时清楚地告知。为了确认订单，可能需要支付全款或定金。我们接受E-transfer或现金支付。
     

  6. 由于我们的产品是按订单制作和个性化定制的，除非产品与确认的设计有显著偏差，否则可能无法退货和退款。如果客户收到的订单有任何问题，请立即与我们联系。
     

  7. 一般租借时间为3天，包括仪式前天取用，仪式当天，和仪式之后退还。
     

  8. 租借时需付押金，租借物品完好交还后全数退回。如有损坏或遗失等情况，物品相应押金则用于修复或重置，不予退回。

  1. Customers can place orders for customized wedding mirror signs through our email, WeChat, or Xiaohongshu. A deposit or full payment may be required when placing an order.
     

  2. Upon receiving an order, our team will work together with the customer to finalize the design and provide digital samples for confirmation. The design includes up to two rounds of modifications. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the accuracy, spelling, and design details of the samples. Once confirmed, changes may not be possible, and any errors discovered after confirmation will be the customer's responsibility.
     

  3. The production time for customized wedding mirror signs may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Customers are advised to make reservations and confirm the design at least 10 working days in advance. Urgent orders can be placed within 10 working days, with a minimum notice period of 3 working days. If using your own mirror, please provide the mirror at least 10 business days in advance for writing purpose.
     

  4. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours after placing an order. After this deadline, cancellations or date changes may not be possible, and any paid deposits may not be refundable. Changes to the customized content of the sign need to be communicated at least 10 working days in advance, with a minimum notice period of 3 working days for urgent changes.
     

  5. The pricing of our signs will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering. To confirm an order, full payment or a deposit may be required. We accept E-transfer or cash payments.
     

  6. Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds may not be possible unless there are significant deviations from the confirmed design. If customers encounter any issues with their received order, they should contact us immediately.
     

  7. The general rental period is 3 days, including the day before the ceremony for pickup, the day of the ceremony, and the day after for return.
     

  8. A deposit is required for rentals, and it will be fully refunded upon the undamaged return of the rented items. In case of damage or loss, the corresponding deposit will be used for repairs or replacement and will not be refunded.
